El Pollo Loco has improved themselves gracefully and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they have improved their chicken when my family ordered some today and I was surprised at how their chicken has improved and my father LOVED the gravy and mashed potatoes and I can say El Pollo Loco does gravy and mashed potatoes justice and their gravy and mashed potatoes are way better than KFC's. And the macaroni and cheese tasted amazing and the nachos and nacho cheese are great as well and my family loved El Pollo Loco's churros too. And one thing that the crew of this El Pollo Loco location deserves is a trophy for the awesome swift service they gave my family when we received our food. Would I eat here again? The answer is !YES!
We had an amazing lunch at this El Pollo Loco location and could not say enough good things. We don't have a location where we live so it's always a treat when we visit California. A lady instantly greeted us after walking through the door and was so friendly and helpful (I believe she was lead). The service was a 10/10 and the food was exceptional!! It was so fresh and exceeded our expectations over and over again. That same lady was happy to give us extra salsa without any issues. The restaurant was also clean and really nice to look at. Thank you for a great lunch! We are still desperately waiting for a location in Idaho!!
This place always offers great service and great food. I've been going here regularly for years and they are fantastic! Love the grande chicken avocado bowl the most, but everything I've tried there has been great.

Nice team! Fairly speedy. Nice and helpful. Went through the drive-up window to order. Unfortunately, a bit of distance from the highway. In and Out Burgers is nearby just in case you want burgers and others want chicken.
